We don't leave you hanging.

Three paths to a fix · Last updated 2026-05-12

Every PGX shirt is made-to-order based on your individual selections — which means there's no statutory right of withdrawal. But that doesn't mean you're on your own if something's off. Three clear paths, depending on what's going on:

Tier 01

Quality issue.

Free replacement. No photo argument, no proof theater.

Print error, visible material defect, wrong edition delivered — not your problem. We re-produce the shirt for you, free of charge, in the same slogan and Aperture variant.

What you do:

Turnaround: typically reply within 24h, replacement ships ~3–5 working days
Tier 02

Size doesn't fit.

Free exchange within 30 days.

Needed a different size? We swap it, gratis. We send you a prepaid return label and re-produce the new size in the same slogan and Aperture variant.

Tier 03

Just wasn't right.

Full store credit. Once per customer, no questions.

Sometimes you realize after unboxing: that's not quite it. We still don't leave you hanging — we credit the purchase price to your PGX account as store credit. Spend it on a different edition, a different format, or future add-ons. The credit never expires.

Note: This goodwill arrangement is voluntary and once per customer. No cash payout.

Quick help.

  1. Write us at [email protected] — we reply within 24 hours.
  2. Include your order number (it's in your order confirmation) — speeds everything up.
  3. Quality issue: 1–2 photos is enough, no long explanations needed.
  4. Exchange or return: please don't activate the shirt (don't use the QR for profile setup).

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected

Independent of the service policy described above, you have your statutory warranty rights as a consumer (§§ 434 ff. BGB / German Civil Code). These apply in addition and without limitation. Details in our Terms, Section 10.

Tiers 01 and 02 are voluntary service commitments we offer beyond the statutory minimum. Tier 03 is a pure goodwill arrangement and does not establish a legal claim.
